Develop and execute paid media strategy and Google Ads campaigns across EMEA markets, managing client relationships and optimizing performance in German.
Brafton is one of the worldâs leading content marketing firms, with offices in Boston, London, Toronto and Sydney. We aspire to continually raise the bar on what people consider âmarketing content.â We create result-focused strategies and content to drive SEO, social engagement and leads for our clients. Our teams continuously build expertise across new media formats, including video, blogs, infographics and web design.
Weâre looking for a freelance PPC strategist to own paid media strategy and day-to-day campaign management for a B2B clientâs EMEA business.
This is not a translation or copy-adaptation role. You will be the strategist on the account and the clientâs primary day-to-day contact, working with them in German. Youâll build and run the EMEA strategy independently of our US and APAC programmes, while plugging into Braftonâs wider global team for knowledge sharing, SEO input and shared learnings.
We want someone with the judgment and confidence to build the right approach for EMEA from first principles.
Own end-to-end strategy, build and optimisation of Google Ads across EMEA â Search, Performance Max and Display, with additional channels considered where the case is there.
Join regular calls, reporting sessions and written updates in German.
Write, adapt and test German ad copy that holds brand tone and reads natively â not translated-sounding.
Build campaign structures that work across multiple EMEA markets, languages, currencies and time zones, and keep budget pacing sensible across them.
Brief and coordinate with separately contracted native French and Italian localisation support (you do not need to speak those languages yourself).
Feed into landing page and localisation decisions alongside our SEO team, including market-appropriate messaging and hreflang / localised page considerations.
Produce regional reporting that stands on its own for the client while rolling up cleanly into our global PPC reporting framework.
Partner with our US and APAC strategists to share learnings in both directions, without being dependent on their playbook.
Native or near-native German (C2), spoken and written, with the confidence to lead client calls and present performance in German. Fluent professional English for collaboration with our team.
Proven hands-on Google Ads experience across Search, Performance Max and Display, in a B2B lead generation context (not primarily e-commerce).
Genuine local keyword research capability for German-speaking markets â using in-market tools, search behaviour knowledge and judgment, not machine translation of English lists.
Strong analysis of German-language search term and keyword data to drive optimisations, negative keyword strategy and match type decisions.
Sound conversion tracking and measurement practice, including GA4, EU consent requirements and GDPR-compliant tracking setups.
Comfortable in Google Ads Editor, GA4 and Looker Studio (or equivalent reporting tooling).
Able to build an EMEA paid media strategy from first principles â targeting, account structure, bidding and messaging â rather than executing a plan handed down.
Willing and able to challenge or adapt global playbook tactics where they donât suit local market norms, competitive dynamics or the clientâs brand-risk tolerance, and to explain that reasoning clearly to both client and agency stakeholders.
Strong client-facing communicator: can give clear written context behind optimisations and hold a strategic conversation, not just report numbers.
Comfortable collaborating asynchronously across time zones with an English-speaking team.
4-5 years in paid media, ideally agency-side, with experience managing international or multi-market campaigns.
Experience in a client facing role - you will be communicating with the client regularly.
Track record with multinational or B2B clients where German-speaking or wider EMEA markets were a core target region.
Reliable overlap with UK business hours and some overlap with US Eastern time for internal calls.
Experience in B2B manufacturing
Experience working alongside an in-house or agency SEO team.
Familiarity with paid channels beyond Google in EMEA (LinkedIn, Bing, local platforms).

Plans and executes regional marketing activations, events, and partnerships to build brand awareness and drive business growth across the Southeast.
The Farmerâs Dog was born from a mission to change the landscape of pet health, providing dogs and their humans with honest, smart, and simple care. Weâre starting by radically improving the $90 billion pet food industry, replacing bags of highly-processed pellets with a personalized subscription service that sends complete and balanced, freshly-made dog food directly to customersâ doors. Our ultimate goal is to create innovative, delightful and personalized experiences across all aspects of pet care, and we believe our direct-to-consumer business model, holistic approach to growth, and dynamic culture uniquely position us to shepherd this backwards industry into the future.
To date, The Farmerâs Dog has delivered over 1 billion meals nationwide and raised over $150M in funding to help us build a company as healthy as the dogs who are eating those meals. Join us as we continue to develop ways of bringing peace of mind to customers, health to their companions, and much-needed change to the way people feed and care for their pets.

As the Regional Activation Manager for the Southeast, youâll be responsible for bringing our brand to life across key markets throughout the Southeast region. This role leads the planning and execution of regional activations, events, partnerships, and market-level initiatives that build brand awareness, deepen consumer engagement, and drive business results. Working closely with cross-functional teams and local partners, the Regional Activation Manager will translate broader brand strategy into impactful, locally relevant experiences while ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across the region.
One Team: We donât think of ourselves as âAcquisition Marketersâ, âEngineersâ, âData Analystsâ, or âProduct Managersâ. Beyond denoting skill sets and areas of expertise, we donât think departments matter. Weâd rather align ourselves to the goals weâre working to achieve and make sure we have necessary subject matter expertise to drive meaningful impact. We strive to orient ourselves around customer problems TOGETHER â getting the right people, with the right context, in the right rooms/Zooms to solve problems holistically.
We are skeptical about everything and precious about nothing: Ideas can and should come from anywhere, and we arenât tied to our own. We proactively source input. We talk to our customers and leads regularly and are quick to change course if we know thereâs a better or more impactful way to solve problems.
We consider the customer journey in all of our decisions: We know that no interaction exists in a silo and therefore understand how important every single one is. We ensure our strategy sets prospective and new customers up for success and drives long-term retention. We answer questions and address problems early and proactively. We understand the value of different channels, initiatives, and messages and know how to articulate impact and advocate for prioritization holistically.
We Execute For Impact: We donât subscribe to âbest practicesâ or âindustry KPIsâ. Weâre uninterested in how we compare to âbenchmarksâ; instead we orient ourselves around being the best we can possibly be. Similarly, we donât subscribe to rigid or classical expectations of roles â i.e. acquisition is hyper-focused on improving customer retention and experience.
We Are Focused and Work Without Assumption: We are not beholden to ideas. We have goals and believe everything beyond that is a series of hypotheses to validate. To that end, we seek to work in sequence and not in parallel. We constantly ask ourselves, âwhatâs the most important hypothesis I should be working on right now? How do I confirm or reject that hypothesis as fast as possible?â. We rarely have timelines/deadlines and are constantly taking in new information and adjusting our priorities accordingly. We donât expect to be perfect the first time.
While this role is remote and regional, at times you may be required to travel to our main offices.
At TFD, we believe Belonging is a shared commitment to creating a workplace where every person feels respected, valued, and empowered to be themselves. When people feel a true sense of belonging, they do their best work, take smart risks, and bring forward diverse perspectives â leading to stronger decisions and deeper relationships.
We anchor this belief in a simple phrase: âEveryoneâs welcome at the dog park.â No matter your background, identity, or role, thereâs space for you here. Thereâs no one way to show up at the dog parkâ just shared space, mutual respect, and the freedom to be yourself. Being included is just the beginning, itâs about contributing your voice, growing through challenges, and building trust through shared goals. This philosophy guides how we lead, how we hire, how we communicate, and how we grow.
We continuously evaluate to ensure we are creating a consistent experience that cultivates belonging for all employees, from hiring and performance reviews to talent development. We also believe Belonging happens in everyday moments of connection; lunch with a new teammate, a shared laugh, or a quick story about your weekend. Our structure includes biannual employee surveys, manager training, TFD camps, and support from Humans to ensure weâre listening and learning from our Team.
Together, these efforts reflect what Belonging means at TFD: a culture where everyone can thrive.
The Farmerâs Dog, Inc. is an equal employment opportunity employer and does not discriminate in hiring on the basis of sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, religion, creed, national origin, physical or mental disability, protected veteran status or any other legally protected characteristic or status. TFD complies with applicable federal, state, and local disability laws and makes reasonable accommodations for applicants and employees with disabilities. If a reasonable accommodation is needed to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and/or to receive other benefits and privileges of employment, please contact humansops@thefarmersdog.com.

Life360 delivers peace of mind and enhances everyday family life with seamless coordination for all the moments that matter, big and small. We are building an AI native company where AI is an integral part of how we build and operate. AI tool usage during interviews varies by role. You may be asked to demonstrate proficiency with AI tools, discuss how you leverage AI, or complete interview exercises without AI assistance. Your Recruiter will provide clear guidance as you move through the interview process.
Undisclosed use of AI not previously discussed with or approved by your Recruiter may impact your candidacy.
As youâd expect from a company obsessed with keeping families connected, the eCommerce team moves fast and takes the member experience seriously â because a clunky flow is its own kind of broken promise. Sitting inside Journey Marketing, weâre a mix of merchandisers, marketers, data folks, and designers who all care about the same thing: turning every member touchpoint â from first website or app visit â into long-term loyalty and lasting relationships. From the online store to in-app purchases to wherever commerce shows up next, this team builds the experience that turns interest into purchase. If you like owning outcomes, thinking in systems, and turning âmaybeâ into âyesâ at scale, youâll fit right in.
Search has changed and is reshaping how families discover Life360 before they ever visit a website or app store. The SEO and ASO Manager owns Life360âs unified organic discovery strategy across traditional search (SEO), AI answer surfaces (AEO/GEO), and app stores (ASO) â while simultaneously owning the content strategy, editorial calendar, and site information architecture that powers all three. Youâll partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Marketing to build the technical foundation, content depth, and structured data layer that earn Life360 citations, rankings, and recommendations across every surface where families make decisions.
This is a hands-on role with real execution accountability. Youâll manage a content strategist and supporting agency, setting the quality bar for everything we publish, and personally own the technical and strategic work that requires deep expertise. Youâll be Life360âs subject matter expert on how organic discovery works in an AI-first world and the person responsible for making sure we win it.
For candidates based in the US, the salary range for this position is $121,500 to $178,500 USD. We take into consideration an individualâs background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
Our companyâs mission-driven culture is guided by our shared values to create a trusted work environment where you can bring your authentic self to work and make a positive difference
We believe that different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds create a stronger and more creative work environment that delivers better results. Together, we continue to build an inclusive culture that encourages, supports, and celebrates the diverse voices of our employees. It fuels our innovation and connects us closer to our customers and the communities we serve. We strive to create a workplace that reflects the communities we serve and where everyone feels empowered to bring their authentic best selves to work.
