Own the Field app product roadmap and strategy, simplifying workflows for construction crews to adopt mobile and web tools for material management.
Itâs time to build. Whether itâs creating more housing, upgrading our infrastructure, or adapting to climate change, one thing is clear: the construction industry is at the center of solving our biggest problems. Weâre making buildings cheaper and easier to build by transforming the way commercial construction companies buy their materials. Join us.
Founded in 2018, Kojo is now one of the fastest-growing construction technology companies in the world. Construction accounts for $10 trillion in global spend annually and we canât live without its output - our roads, schools, hospitals, and offices. Despite this, thereâs been very little innovation over the past 70 years in how materials - which constitute up to 40% of project costs - are bought and sold. This is our opportunity.
About the Role
Weâre looking for a Product Manager to own product strategy and decision-making for Kojoâs Field app: the workflow that puts materials in the hands of crews across 600+ leading contractors purchasing over $5B in materials annually.
Field crews are physically building the world around us, and it starts with knowing which materials they need, and when, on the job site. This role owns getting that right: turning a historically software-wary industry into one where crews choose to use Field every day.
This Product Manager for the field team will sit within the larger Procurement product, which is the linchpin connecting AP, Warehouse, Catalog, and Integrations. Itâs one of Procurementâs two swim lanes, alongside Office.
In this role, youâll report to our Lead Product Manager, continually solving how to make a complex, multi-persona workflow feel intuitive â and where AI can remove the most friction for technology-cautious, change-sensitive users.
What youâll own:
Own the Field app roadmap end to end, from research through discovery,, prototyping, experimentation, shipping, and iterating across mobile (iOS, Android, tablet) and web.
Radically simplify core field workflows to strengthen our position as the most user-friendly solution in the market
Diagnose adoption barriers and time-saving opportunities across the wide range of workflows field users use to request material
Break down undefined, ambiguous problems into shippable plans.
About You
What weâre looking for:
UX ownership: Youâve personally owned the redesign of a workflow for a user who didnât want to change how they work, and you can point to the before and after. This is an especially critical part of the role, specifically amongst a notoriously trust-scarce industry like construction, where adoption has to be earned.
Mobile fluency: Youâve shipped iOS, Android, or tablet products and understand the platform-specific tradeoffs a web-only PM misses. This is core to the role, not a preference.
Independent problem framing: You break down ambitious problems and turn them into actionable plans.
Multi-persona design: Youâve designed a single product experience that serves multiple distinct user types without fragmenting into disjointed product workflows.
Cross-functional influence: Youâve shipped work that depended on teams you didnât manage, and you know how to move a roadmap without formal authority over it.
Adaptability under shifting scope: Youâve kept shipping while the ground moved under a role, priorities reordered, and scope got redrawn mid-quarter.
AI fluency: Youâve shipped AI-assisted features, particularly to remove friction
What you care about
Customer Obsession: You sit with a field crew thatâs skeptical of new tools and rebuild the flow around how they actually work.
Impact: You ship the simplest version of a feature that reduces friction in the field, and measure whether behavior changed as a result.
Accountability: You own the call on what ships next, even when the roadmap underneath you is still being defined.
Collaboration: You pull in engineering, design, and the sales rep whoâs been in the room with the customer before writing a spec to ensure the entire team is working toward the same goal.
Salary:Â Your salary will be dependent upon many factors, including your experience level, skillset, market dynamics and balancing internal equity relative to other Kojo employees. The compensation and benefits information that we provide is based on Kojoâs good-faith estimate as of the date of the job posting and may be modified in the future.
Benefits: This position is also eligible for a new hire equity grant and all US-based full time employees are eligible for our full suite of perks and benefits. For more information about our perks and benefits, check out https://www.usekojo.com/careers.
Location:Â Kojoâs team members work from home 100% of the time across North and South America. If applicable, weâll identify the travel and/or location-specific requirements of a position in the text above. Otherwise, team members can expect to work business hours congruent with their local time zone and remotely.
Inclusive Workplace:Â Kojo values diverse perspectives and is committed to building an inclusive workplace. We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and do not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, citizenship, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. We strongly encourage people from underrepresented groups to apply.
Scam Notice: Please be aware that there are individuals and organizations that may attempt to scam job seekers by offering fraudulent employment opportunities in the name of Kojo. These scams may involve fake job postings, unsolicited emails, or messages claiming to be from our recruiters or hiring managers. Kojo will never ask for any personal account information, such credit card details or bank account numbers, during the recruitment process.

Who We Are
Nirvana is on a mission to modernize commercial insurance and enable a safer world. Our AI-driven technology platform delivers modern insurance and risk management to help our customers protect their businesses and to improve the safety of their operations.
Weâve already proven the scaleâserving thousands of fleets and more than doubling our written premiums year over year. Our data moat is growing exponentially with more than 30 billion miles of telematics data, leading to more predictive models and new insights into how we can better understand and reduce risk.
With $270+ million raised, including our Series D round in December 2025, weâre only accelerating our growth, with strong support from top-tier VCs including Lightspeed, General Catalyst, and Valor. Nirvanaâs leadership team has previously helped scale multi-billion-dollar companies from scratch, including Samsara, Rubrik, and Flexport, and includes industry veterans from Hiscox, The Hartford, and RLI.
About the Role
Weâre looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the core platforms and data foundation that power our business, spanning pricing, risk, and the AI systems that run across the full insurance policy lifecycle. Youâll make them sharper, faster, and more defensible than anything in the market, while building the data advantage that compounds over time.
Weâre a distributed team spread across the US & India, and offices in San Francisco, CA & Columbus, OH. Weâre open to candidates in any location.
What Youâll Do
Own both the roadmap and the execution: what gets built, in what order, and whether it actually ships.
Talk to customers, brokers, and underwriters to understand what they need and prioritize the problems worth solving.
Set the direction Engineering, Data Science, Actuaries, and GTM build toward, so the whole chain holds together from the data going in, to the price an underwriter uses.
Shape the longer-term vision, starting with pricing and extending across the product suite over time.
About You
4-7 years experience in Product Management or equivalent roles, ideally shipping 0-1 products.
Strong quantitative skills. Youâre comfortable living in data and numbers, you notice when something is off and you dig into why.
Excellent communication skills, written & verbal. You can present to customers and internal audiences like underwriting and explain a complicated decision simply.
Credibility with technical partners. You earn trust in data science and engineering because you understand their work. You can make sound, technical decisions.
Ability to drive cross-functional teams to ship products/features on aggressive timelines.
Bias-to-action. youâre not afraid to get your hands dirty and do what needs to be done.
Owner mentality. You take accountability end-to-end, especially in the messy middle where data, models and systems meet.
Successfully able to work in high-growth & dynamic start-up environments.
Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline (computer science, engineering, etc.) preferred. MS, PhD, or MBA is a plus.
Preferred:
Experience building products where pricing or risk models directly drive revenue: insurance, lending or marketplaces
B2B or fintech background
Benefits:
Competitive salary & equity
Medical, dental & vision insurance (100% employer paid)
401k with up to 4% company match
Unlimited PTO
Parental Leave
Wellness reimbursement
We set our salary ranges using compensation data from companies similar to our stage and size. For this role, the estimated salary range for this position is $155,000-$220,000 . The actual base salary will vary depending on multiple factors unique to each candidate, including location, job-related knowledge, transferable skills, work experience and our assessment of your level during the interview process.
Nirvana offers a wide range of best-in-class, comprehensive benefits for this role including 100% employer paid healthcare plans, a healthy 401k match program, paid time off, parental leave, wellness reimbursement, work-from-home stipend and more.
In addition, Nirvana offers equity for all full-time employees, which is not included in the range listed above and will have a significant impact on your overall compensation.
Nirvana is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. If youâre interested in this role, but do not meet 100% of the qualifications listed above, we encourage you to apply. Identity & Access Management Lead the strategy and execution of our identity platform, spanning both authentication and authorization. You'll define how users and API consumers prove who they are and what they're allowed to doâtwo fundamentally different problems that require distinct architectures. Communications & Compliance Own the notification system and communication channels that keep our platform running. This includes managing SMS as a channelâincluding 10DLC compliance in the USâemail delivery, and other messaging infrastructure. You understand that communication channels aren't just features; they're regulated services that require proper compliance management and ongoing maintenance.
Logging, Observability & Data Drive the platform's logging infrastructure, observability capabilities, and data dashboard foundations. You'll ensure that internal teams and platform partners have the visibility they need to operate with confidenceâfrom debugging transaction flows to monitoring system health and building meaningful analytics.
API Ecosystem & Developer Experience Champion the overall health and usability of our API ecosystem. You'll partner with engineering on API design, versioning, governance, and documentationâensuring that both internal teams and external partners can build reliably on our platform. The developer experience is your product.
⢠5+ years in product management with deep experience in platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products
⢠Hands-on experience building and maintaining foundational platform services (identity/auth, APIs, SDKs, notification systems, or similar)
⢠Track record of shipping API-first products in a B2B SaaS or multi-tenant environment
⢠Experience with authentication and authorization systems (OAuth, SSO, RBAC/ABAC, API key management)
⢠Familiarity with embeddable/white-label component systems and developer experience optimization
⢠Experience working in regulated industries (fintech, payments, banking, or financial infrastructure) is a strong plus
⢠Understanding of tokenization, data security, and PCI compliance concepts
⢠Ability to partner deeply with engineering on API design, data models, and system architecture
⢠Understanding of cloud identity services (AWS Cognito, Auth0, or similar) and their tradeoffs
⢠(Nice to have) Familiarity with messaging compliance (10DLC, carrier regulations) and communication channel management
We think you'll love being part of our team because
At Payabli, you'll have a front row seat into building a high-growth venture backed fintech company. As a senior leader in Operations, you'll shape how the organization scales and be the driving force behind our AI-first operations strategy â directly influencing how we build, automate, and optimize for the future. You'll stretch yourself every day, learn a ton, grow alongside the company, and have a lot of fun building Payabli with us. We're a values driven company that cares deeply about our team, partners, and customers. Our north star values are:
Team Love = Customer Love â You understand that when you build great products for your internal partners, they deliver exceptional experiences to merchants. You obsess over the platform partners and businesses that depend on every payout landing on time.
Run to the Fire â When ACH returns spike or a card program hits a snag, you're the first one in the war room. You don't shy away from hard problemsâyou chase them. You volunteer for the complex, messy challenges others avoid.
Little Things Count â You sweat the details because you know a single decimal error in a payout can damage a business. You double-check edge cases, validate every assumption, and understand that excellence lives in the details.
Truth Seekers â You give direct feedback, receive it with grace, and never let ego get in the way of finding the right answer. You document what you don't know, admit mistakes quickly, and hold yourself accountable in the open.
Relentlessly Curious â You're constantly asking "what if?" and "why not?" You study how competitors solve problems, explore adjacent industries for inspiration, and never stop learning about the payments ecosystem.
