Sales Senior Physician Liaison at Clarify Health Solutions

Build relationships with healthcare providers, guide them through data-driven improvements, and coach internal teams on change management and best practices.

Senior Hybrid Posted 1 day ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Clarify Health’s enterprise analytics platform empowers providers to deliver better care to patients through actionable insights. With industry-leading statistical modeling and machine learning, Clarify Health harnesses the power of the most comprehensive longitudinal dataset in the US by linking clinical, claims, prescription, lab, and social determinants of health data across over 300 million lives.

Clarify is looking for a motivated and experienced SeniorPhysician Liaisonwho can flex between executing as a frontline liaison while also serving as a coach and trainer who builds capability within a customer’s own liaison team.

This is a player/coach role. You’ll carry your own territory when the engagement calls for it, and you’ll develop others when the customer is building their own team. The common thread is driving sustained behavior change among providers through Clarify’s change management approach and data-driven insights.

Does This Sound Like You?

  • You’ve been in the field. You have deep experience working directly with physicians, practice administrators, and clinical staff (physician liaison, provider relations, pharma sales, or practice transformation)

  • You understand that changing practice patterns requires more than sharing data; it requires diagnosing readiness, building trust, and meeting people where they are

  • You’re a natural teacher. You’ve coached, mentored, or trained others and get energy from watching someone you’ve developed succeed independently

  • You think in terms of “what motivates this person” and naturally tailor your approach to different audiences

  • You can shift gears between “doing the work” and “teaching someone else to do the work” without losing effectiveness in either mode

  • You have a passion for value-based care and for using technology-enabled insights to deliver higher-value, more efficient care

  • You embrace change as an opportunity to learn and you believe diversity of thought improves outcomes

The Role

Provider Partnership & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain trusted, collaborative relationships with assigned providers (physicians, practice administrators, and staff)

  • Conduct regular interactions (both virtual and in-person) to review performance, co-develop improvement plans, and address barriers to change

  • Guide providers through Clarify’s change management approach

  • Serve as primary point of contact and advocate for assigned providers, representing their needs and perspectives internally

Provider Education & Enablement

  • Engage with practice administration, staff and providers to support workflow improvement, education and awareness on value-based care program requirements, quality measures, and performance incentives

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve barriers that may inhibit provider adoption

Performance Analysis & Insights

  • Leverage Clarify’s platform to identify high-opportunity practices, monitor referral patterns, and track behavior change indicators

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives tailored to each provider and/or practice

Documentation & Engagement Tracking

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, change stage assessments, and engagement activities in CRM (Salesforce)

  • Monitor progress on initiatives, track leading indicators of behavior change, and adjust engagement strategies based on results

  • Provide regular reporting on territory performance, behavior change trends, and forecasted impact

Coaching & Training

  • Conduct ride-alongs and joint visits with customer liaisons, providing real-time observation, modeling, and constructive feedback

  • Assess customer liaison readiness and skill gaps; develop individualized coaching plans that build competency over time

  • Design and deliver training that enable a customer’s liaison team to execute Clarify’s engagement playbooks, utilization of insights, change management approach and CRM documentation

  • Monitor success metrics for customer liaison teams and report on capability development progress

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of engagement playbooks and training curricula based on field experience and outcomes data

What we are looking for

We are always looking for new team members who will be a solid fit with our culture and have a strong passion for impact.  In particular, the Physician Liaison will have:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Business, or related field

  • 5+ years of healthcare experience with at least 3 years in a direct provider-facing role (physician liaison, provider relations, pharma sales, practice transformation, or network management)

  • Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, or training others in a professional setting; formal management experience is a plus but not required

  • Proven ability to establish trust and credibility through partnership-oriented, non-transactional engagement with physicians and practice staff

  • Proficiency in interpreting healthcare utilization data, cost trends, referral patterns, and quality metrics; comfortable working with analytics platforms and Excel

  • Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to translate complex data into compelling, provider-specific narratives; comfortable presenting to both clinical and administrative audiences

  • Experience developing training content, talk tracks, or engagement approaches for field teams

  • Ability to independently manage a territory, prioritize activities, and drive results with minimal supervision

  • Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), analytics platforms, and structured engagement tools

  • Willingness to leverage AI-powered tools and insights to enhance engagement preparation, analysis, and strategy development

Personal Attributes

  • Player/coach mindset: equally comfortable executing in the field and developing others to do the same

  • Consultative approach with genuine desire to help providers and customer teams succeed

  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to read interpersonal dynamics, adapting your approach in real time

  • Strong work ethic and accountability for both territory performance and team development outcomes

  • Collaborative team player who shares knowledge, effective tactics, and best practices across engagements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, MPH, MSN)

  • Practice operations or practice transformation experience

  • Exposure to change management methodologies or behavioral science concepts

  • Experience with ACO operations, Medicare Shared Savings Program, or commercial value-based care contracts

  • Familiarity with healthcare analytics platforms

Location & Travel

Senior Physician Liaisons will ideally be located within or near assigned market territories. Candidates outside of priority regions who are willing to travel extensively will be considered.

What we offer you

  • Competitive compensation (base, bonus, + equity)
  • Quality health insurance
  • Traditional 401K plan
  • Vision, dental, disability, and life insurance
  • Flexible Spending Accounts and Commuter Benefits
  • Generous PTO
  • Monthly work-from-home stipend
  • Remote friendly
  • A collaborative workplace, which will challenge you and celebrate your work
  • A chance to learn with and from interesting and enthusiastic colleagues

$135,000 - $160,000 a year

Don’t meet every single requirement? At Clarify, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles!

We believe that a happy, diverse, and impact-driven team is critical to our mission of

transforming healthcare. Having a diverse team allows us to bring more ideas to the table when

working on lighting the path to higher-value care. We embrace employees and applicants of all

backgrounds, including those of traditionally underrepresented groups. With this in mind, we do

not discriminate against any employee or applicant because of race, color, sex, age, national

origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, or basis of disability or

any other federal, state, or local protected class.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Sales Regional Sales Director, APAC (Hybrid) at Telnyx

Regional Sales Director leads APAC sales team, manages P&L, coaches account executives, and builds outbound pipeline across Asia-Pacific markets.

Lead Hybrid Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Telnyx

Telnyx is an industry leader that’s not just imagining the future of global connectivity—we’re building it. From architecting and amplifying the reach of a private, global, multi-cloud IP network , to bringing hyperlocal edge technology right to your fingertips through intuitive APIs, we’re shaping a new era of seamless interconnection between people, devices, and applications.

We’re driven by a desire to transform and modernize what’s antiquated, automate the manual, and solve real-world problems through innovative connectivity solutions. As a testament to our success, we’re proud to stand as a financially stable and profitable company. Our robust profitability allows us not only to invest in pioneering technologies but also to foster an environment of continuous learning and growth for our team.

Our collective vision is a world where borderless connectivity fuels limitless innovation. By joining us, you can be part of laying the foundations for this interconnected future. We’re currently seeking passionate individuals who are excited about the opportunity to contribute to an industry-shaping company while growing their own skills and careers.

The Role

As we continue to expand across the Asia-Pacific region, we’re seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our APAC sales organization. You’ll take the foundation we’ve built in ANZ and scale it into Singapore and broader APAC—building an outbound-first culture in a region where inbound doesn’t exist, coaching early-stage AEs into quota-carrying killers, and navigating the most diverse sales territory on the planet.

This is a player-coach role. You’ll be as comfortable rolling up your sleeves in deals as you are leading a team toward aggressive growth goals. You’ll own the full P&L of the region—bookings, pipeline coverage, team productivity, and ramp—and serve as Telnyx’s evangelist across APAC markets.

This is a build, not a manage. Expect to be hands-on for the first 12 months.

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership & Development

  • Inherit, assess, and develop a team of 4 AEs and 4 BDRs based in Sydney, scaling to 8 AEs by 2027
  • Run regular deal clinics, call reviews, and role-plays—coach from the call recording, not the dashboard
  • Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and execution
  • Hire, onboard, and mentor AEs and BDRs in the APAC market; build a pipeline of candidates before reqs open

Outbound Pipeline Engine

  • Build a prospecting engine that generates predictable pipeline across ANZ, Singapore, Japan, and broader APAC
  • Structure BDR→AE handoffs with measurable conversion targets (60%+ SQO-to-Stage-1)
  • Achieve and maintain 3x+ pipeline coverage—not by inflating pipeline, but by building it
  • Develop market-specific prospecting playbooks (ANZ, Singapore, Japan, Southeast Asia)

Multi-Country APAC Strategy

  • Segment APAC into Tier 1 (ANZ, Singapore—active selling), Tier 2 (Japan, Hong Kong—relationship building), and Tier 3 (India, Southeast Asia—future investment)
  • Navigate distinct buying cultures: direct ANZ, relationship-first Japan, price-sensitive Southeast Asia, volume-driven India
  • Understand competitive landscapes per market (Twilio in ANZ/Singapore, NTT/KDDI in Japan, Singtel in Singapore, Tata in India) and adjust the pitch accordingly

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Own and execute strategies to acquire new logos across mid-market and enterprise segments
  • Equip the team to sell across Telnyx’s full product ecosystem—voice, messaging, networking, storage, and AI-powered communications
  • Champion Telnyx’s AI-powered offerings (Voice AI, real-time transcription, LLM inference) as part of comprehensive deals
  • Build and leverage partner/channel relationships in markets where partners are the primary route to market (Japan, Southeast Asia)

Forecasting & Revenue Discipline

  • Deliver accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting via Salesforce, with strong focus on opportunity hygiene and conversion metrics
  • Enforce MEDDPICC discipline—inspect evidence at each stage, not just check the box
  • Maintain forecast accuracy within 10–15% across consecutive quarters
  • Run a weekly pipeline review that’s 30 minutes, not 2 hours

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and BDR teams to create an integrated revenue engine
  • Advocate for APAC resources, product investment, and market-specific needs with HQ
  • Push back on HQ priorities when APAC reality demands it, in a way that builds trust

Field Evangelism & Market Presence

  • Act as a Telnyx evangelist across APAC—at regional conferences, industry events, customer sessions, and partner ecosystems
  • Build inbound gravity through presence: keynotes, partner co-marketing webinars, customer advisory dinners
  • Run internal enablement sessions ensuring every AE can sell across the full product portfolio with equal fluency

Rapid Domain Mastery

  • Get on top of Telnyx’s product portfolio and market constraints fast—understand SIP trunking, TeXML vs. Call Control, USD pricing implications, and what Telnyx can and can’t do in each APAC market
  • Layer in process during natural cadences, not as a multi-week reorg that pulls reps off the phones
  • Build revenue strategy around reality, not assumptions from a previous company

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 8+ years in B2B technology sales, with 4+ years in a team leadership role
  • Has managed a team of 4+ quota-carrying AEs (not just BDRs/SDRs)
  • Multi-country APAC experience—has sold or led teams across at least 3 APAC markets with distinct buying cultures
  • Currently based in Sydney, or willing to relocate (this is an in-office role 3–4 days/week with the team—not remote, not Singapore-based)
  • Has built an outbound pipeline engine from scratch—didn’t inherit a brand that generates inbound
  • Has implemented and enforced a structured qualification framework (MEDDPICC, MEDDIC, or similar) across a team
  • Forecast accuracy within 15% for multiple consecutive quarters
  • Has hired 5+ AEs/BDRs in the APAC market and can discuss the local talent landscape
  • Has operated lean—led teams through real constraints (thin SE coverage, time zone isolation from HQ, limited budget) and found creative solutions instead of using them as excuses
  • Professional fluency in English

Preferred:

  • Experience selling CPaaS, UCaaS, telecom, cloud infrastructure, or developer-platform products
  • Has scaled a sales team from <6 to 8+ reps and knows what breaks when you double a team

Sales Regional Sales Director, APAC (Hybrid) at Telnyx

Regional Sales Director leads APAC sales team, builds outbound pipeline, coaches account executives toward quota, and owns full P&L across Asia-Pacific markets.

  • Partner/channel experience in APAC markets
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Slack, Openclaw, Hermes Agent
  • Experience with AI-powered communications technologies (Voice AI, real-time transcription, LLM inference)

What We’re Not Looking For

  • A strategy-only leader who doesn’t coach deals—this team needs hands-on coaching, not another deck
  • Someone who’s only succeeded in one APAC country—APAC is too diverse for single-market experience
  • A big-company leader who needs a full bench (marketing team, SE team, RevOps, enablement)—Telnyx APAC is lean
