We are looking for an experienced Account Coordinator to join our team. The Account Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders with clients, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience with Talkspace services. They act as a point of contact for existing accounts: providing exceptional service, addressing client needs, and resolving issues. In addition to supporting accounts, this is a heavily cross functional role: this person will be the main liaison between the Account Management team and internal matrix partners collaborating extensively with the Implementation, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Cycle Management and Product teams to ensure alignment. The role requires maintaining detailed records and reporting on account performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership to drive client success. This is a remote position based on Eastern Time. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Relationship Management
    ○ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.  
    ○ Serve as a point of contact for existing accounts, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs.  
    ○ Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving business needs and mental health goals.  
  • Internal Collaboration
    ○ Serve as the main liaison between the Account Management team and the Payor Success team: coordinating cross-team efforts, sharing insights, and driving consistent partner  engagement and resolution.  
    ○ Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment on client needs, feedback, and product offerings.  
    ○ Provide valuable feedback to the product and engineering teams on customer preferences, challenges, and opportunities for new features.  
    ○ Collaborate with the Revenue Cycle Management and Finance teams on claims resolution and collection opportunities.  
  • Client Onboarding & Implementation
    ○ Collaborate with the Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients, helping them launch Talkspace’s services successfully.  
    ○ Monitor client engagement and utilization, providing recommendations for increasing adoption and ensuring a smooth experience.  
  • Reporting & Analytics
    ○ Maintain detailed records of client interactions, engagement metrics, and progress using CRM software.  
    ○ Monitor account health metrics and proactively address any issues to ensure client satisfaction and continued success.  
    ○ Report on account performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.  
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

About You 

  • 1+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales, with a focus on Payor accounts.  
  • Experience in B2B2C mental health-related industries is highly preferred.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with senior-level executives.  
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to  
    manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.  
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and  
    data-driven decision-making.  
  • Results-oriented with a passion for delivering value to clients and  
    driving business growth.  
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a  
    fast-paced environment.  
  • Empathetic and customer-focused, with a genuine interest in improving  
    mental health outcomes for those we serve.

Compensation

At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.

The base salary range for this role is between $60,000 - $70,000. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate’s relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.

Your Role:

As a Customer Success Manager at Alpaca, you are the front line in our pursuit of enabling financial markets access for everyone on the planet. You will own post-launch relationships with our partners (customers) in Japan — from go-live through renewal — ensuring they have a positive experience and achieve successful outcomes.

While Alpaca’s global customer base skews toward fintechs and growth-stage companies, Japan is a strategically important market where we work with a number of enterprise (ENT) clients, including major financial institutions and established brokerage firms. You will act as a true business partner to these clients — supporting their growth plans and long-term success, while also managing day-to-day issues, aligning expectations, and navigating the unique to the Japanese financial industry.

Your initial focus will be customer success and post-launch relationship management. Over time, there is also an opportunity to support earlier stages of the customer journey — including pre-sales conversations and API integration — depending on business needs and your interests.

This role supports Alpaca’s B2B offerings. You will help customers launch global securities trading apps, and open financial services to end users in Japan and beyond.

Things You Get To Do:

Post-launch customer success (primary focus)

  • Act as the primary contact for B2B/enterprise customers in Japan, accountable for healthy, ongoing relationships with key stakeholders throughout customer lifecycle: onboarding, activation, expansion, and renewal
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and success across a portfolio that includes both fintech and enterprise financial services clients
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies by building strong customer relationships, aligning on business goals, forecasting growth, proactively mitigating risks, and sharing best practices.

  • Manage escalations — internally and externally — with a focus on customer empathy and clear communication in Japanese and English

Who You Are:

Things You Get To Do:

  • Assist clients and broker partners by being the first point of contact on service needs and issues

  • Submit and process certain operational requests as instructed by the brokerage team and/or client/broker partners. Examples include funds distributions, cash and stock journals, account updates, ACATs initiation, and other operational tasks.

  • Researching and responding to clients’ issues relating to form submissions, transfers, and various other operational items.

  • Interact with several internal groups to resolve client issues. This can include the trading desk, brokerage operations, sales team, solutions team, customer success team, engineering, and product teams.

  • Ensure new business paperwork is accurately and successfully submitted.

  • Positive and Resilient demeanor to help achieve satisfaction in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to independently make decisions within general guidelines

  • Basic understanding of KYC and client onboarding processes

Who You Are (Must-Haves):

  • One to two years of experience in the securities industry.

  • FINRA Series 7 license
