Performance Analysis & Insights
Leverage Clarify’s platform to identify high-opportunity practices, monitor referral patterns, and track behavior change indicators
Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives tailored to each provider and/or practice
Documentation & Engagement Tracking
Maintain detailed records of interactions, change stage assessments, and engagement activities in CRM (Salesforce)
Monitor progress on initiatives, track leading indicators of behavior change, and adjust engagement strategies based on results
Provide regular reporting on territory performance, behavior change trends, and forecasted impact
Coaching & Training
Conduct ride-alongs and joint visits with customer liaisons, providing real-time observation, modeling, and constructive feedback
Assess customer liaison readiness and skill gaps; develop individualized coaching plans that build competency over time
Design and deliver training that enable a customer’s liaison team to execute Clarify’s engagement playbooks, utilization of insights, change management approach and CRM documentation
Monitor success metrics for customer liaison teams and report on capability development progress
Contribute to continuous improvement of engagement playbooks and training curricula based on field experience and outcomes data

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Business, or related field
5+ years of healthcare experience with at least 3 years in a direct provider-facing role (physician liaison, provider relations, pharma sales, practice transformation, or network management)
Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, or training others in a professional setting; formal management experience is a plus but not required
Proven ability to establish trust and credibility through partnership-oriented, non-transactional engagement with physicians and practice staff
Proficiency in interpreting healthcare utilization data, cost trends, referral patterns, and quality metrics; comfortable working with analytics platforms and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to translate complex data into compelling, provider-specific narratives; comfortable presenting to both clinical and administrative audiences

Basic Purpose and Objective of the Position:
This professional officer role is designed for a licensed attorney with substantial legal experience in commercial mortgage lending and related legal matters. The position is responsible for providing and managing legal support for the Company’s investment activities, including the review and drafting of loan commitments, the closing of new mortgage loans, compliance with regulatory requirements, and ongoing legal administration of the investment portfolio. The incumbent should have significant experience, typically five or more years, in commercial real estate lending and/or private practice with a specialization in this area. A strong commitment to quality, responsiveness, and customer service is essential to maintaining and strengthening long-term business relationships.
•   New Mortgage Loan Closings. Ensure the Company’s mortgage loan investments are safeguarded through the preparation, review, analysis, negotiation and modification of the legal documents securing its investments.
•   Perform all legal work associated with the closing of the Company’s commercial mortgage loans including: drafting, negotiation and review of loan commitments, loan documents and other legal documents; review title commitments, survey and title policies for property serving as collateral; review due diligence materials to insure compliance with loan commitment requirements; and coordinate with outside counsel in all aspects of closing the Company’s loan commitments for commercial mortgage loans
•   Portfolio Maintenance. Ensure proper maintenance of the Company’s loan portfolio by providing timely legal documentation of changes to portfolio loans or the properties securing them (e.g. partial releases, consents to easements, replatting, loan modifications and loan assumptions).
•   Serve as Legal Advisor. Support and facilitate the decision-making process in the Investment Department. Act as legal advisor to the department. Assist and advise in development of policies and procedures to respond to regulatory and legislative requirements imposed as the Company and its investments
•   Manage and train one or more legal support staff (i.e. legal secretaries, legal assistants and paralegals).
•   Other Job Duties as assigned by senior management.
•   This position requires an attorney with 5+ years of negotiating and legal drafting skills equivalent to a partner at a major law firm. A breadth of industry knowledge and contacts (both legal and business) are essential.

•   The incumbent will need meticulous attention to detail and negotiating stamina to protect and ensure the quality of the Company’s investments, but must couple those abilities with an attitude of building positive customer experiences and relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise related to Balance of Plant (BOP) Asset Life Cycle Management.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of BWR and/or PWR systems, experience supporting utility-side Flow Accelerated Corrosion (FAC) or BOP program ownership, and the ability to translate degradation mechanisms into actionable engineering recommendations. Additionally, the ideal candidate will contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in inspection and degradation assessment/evaluation.

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $150,000-$170,000 /yr in Denver & most remote locations, and $185,000-$205,000 /yr for San Francisco, Seattle & New York. Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Your Impact
Own and exceed a quarterly and annual ARR quota targeting solar installers, EPCs, and energy companies throughout Europe
Lead full-cycle new business opportunities from prospecting through close, including, discovery, solution positioning, stakeholder alignment, negotiation, and close
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound demand, and partner-sourced leads

What You Bring
7+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of outperforming revenue goals through consultative selling (SaaS/tech experience preferred).
Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through to close
Ability to lead a consultative sales motion by uncovering customer challenges, understanding business priorities, and connect solutions to measurable outcomesExperience presenting solutions and proposals to operations, financial, and executive stakeholders.
Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and forecast revenue
