About Bit Edge

Bid Edge is building an AI SaaS platform that helps enterprise sales teams win more complex deals through AI-powered deal intelligence. Our vision is to create the world’s leading AI platform for enterprise sales teams - helping organisations improve every stage of the complex sales process through intelligent insights.

The product already has a substantial V1 MVP and a clear commercial vision. We are now focused on launching our first commercial product and building a world-class engineering team, working alongside an experienced venture capital investor who is supporting the founding team and the company’s growth.

About the role

This is a genuine founder opportunity rather than a conventional CTO position. Working alongside the Founder & CEO, you will take ownership of the company’s technology strategy, architecture, engineering and product delivery.

This is a highly hands-on role. In the early stages, you will write production code, review code, make architectural decisions and help deliver new functionality every week alongside the founder and a full-time developer. As the business grows, you will recruit, mentor and lead the engineering team while remaining closely involved in technical direction and product innovation.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building products, solving difficult technical problems, and creating exceptional software.

This is an office-based role. During the initial growth phase, the founding team works together in person, five days per week - close, day-to-day collaboration is expected to accelerate product development, decision-making, and company building.

Your responsibilities

  • Owning the technology vision and technical roadmap,

  • Leading software architecture and engineering decisions,

  • Actively developing product features and contributing production-quality code,

  • Building secure, scalable, enterprise-grade multi-tenant SaaS architecture,

  • Working closely with the Founder & CEO to shape product strategy and priorities,

  • Recruiting, mentoring and leading the engineering team,

  • Establishing engineering standards, testing, CI/CD and development processes,

  • Ensuring platform security, reliability and operational excellence,

  • Evaluating emerging AI technologies and incorporating them where they create customer value,

  • Helping build a high-performance engineering culture.

Who we are looking for (must-have)

  • Significant experience building commercial SaaS products,

  • Strong full-stack software engineering background,

  • Experience building AI-powered applications using modern LLMs and AI frameworks,

  • Excellent software architecture and cloud engineering experience,

  • Experience leading engineering teams,

  • Strong commercial awareness and product instincts,

  • Fluent spoken and written English.

Nice to have

  • Experience using AI-enabled IDEs,

  • Startup or scale-up experience,

  • Genuine founder ambitions and comfort working in ambiguity,

  • Willingness to be based in, or relocate to, the GdaĹ„sk / Tricity area.

What we offer

  • A genuine founder role with real influence over the company’s technology strategy and direction,

  • The opportunity to help build a category-leading AI company from the ground up,

  • Remuneration: at least PLN 17 000 net B2B + VAT,

  • A package of shares in the co-created start-up,

  • Support from an experienced startup studio and capital group,

  • Access to industry experts and startup-building know-how,

  • Fast decision-making and a high-impact environment.

Red Sky is conducting this recruitment process. The cooperation concerns a Bit Edge start-up.

Recruitment process

  1. Interview with HR (~45 min)

  2. Tech Interview (~ 60 min.)

  3. Interview with the CEO (~30 min)

  4. Interview with the Investor (~45 min)

Director leading customer implementations, enablement programs, and professional services delivery while partnering across sales, marketing, and success teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.

Exec Hybrid Posted about 16 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

At Trackforce, we are transforming physical security operations that are managed around the world. As the leading SaaS platform for physical security workforce management, we provide security companies and organizations with a streamlined solution to manage their guard forces, respond faster, operate more efficiently, and reduce costs — all while staying focused on safety and protection.

We support 4,600+ clients across more than 50 countries and are proud to be a growing team of 300+ professionals. With our headquarters in Dallas, Texas, and Centers of Excellence in Montreal, Quebec and Wroclaw, Poland, we collaborate across regions and time zones in a hybrid work environment that combines flexibility, connection, and meaningful impact.

At Trackforce, we operate in both hybrid and remote models, offering flexibility to balance in‑office collaboration with WFH. This approach allows our teams to stay connected while maintaining autonomy and work‑life balance. We are highly focused on delivering value to our customers, and our recent merger has strengthened our position as the market leader in security workforce management software.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Director, Customer Delivery & Enablement to lead how customers implement, learn, adopt, and expand their use of our solutions.

This leader will own three interconnected functions:

  • Customer Implementations — delivering predictable, high-quality implementations that accelerate time-to-value.
  • Customer Enablement & Learning — scaling customer training, education, certification, and adoption.
  • Professional Services — delivering high-value customer engagements while driving services growth, revenue, utilization, and profitability.

This is both a customer delivery and commercial leadership role. You will build an integrated delivery model across the customer lifecycle while partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Client Success to develop, position, and sell Professional Services offerings that solve customer challenges and expand the value customers receive from our platform.

We are looking for a builder, operator, and commercially minded customer leader who can scale teams and programs while delivering measurable customer and financial outcomes.

What You’ll Own

Customer Delivery & Implementation

  • Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from post-sale handoff through discovery, configuration, integration, testing, training, go-live, and transition to Client Success.
  • Improve Time to Delivery and Time to Value through standardized methodologies, phase-and-gate governance, clear milestones, and disciplined execution.
  • Lead portfolio, backlog, capacity, and project health reviews to identify risk, remove bottlenecks, forecast go-lives, and improve delivery predictability.
  • Ensure customer readiness, training, enablement, and adoption are embedded throughout implementation.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for strategic and at-risk customer engagements.

Customer Enablement & Learning

  • Own the customer education, training, certification, and ongoing enablement strategy.
  • Build and evolve the Customer Training Academy and scalable learning journeys across onboarding, administrator readiness, end-user adoption, advanced product usage, and continuing education.
  • Deliver a blended learning model across instructor-led, virtual, self-service, on-demand, webinar, certification, and digital experiences.
  • Use customer engagement, product usage, health, and support data to identify adoption gaps and increase customer proficiency and self-sufficiency.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and digital experiences to personalize learning, accelerate content creation, and scale customer education.

Professional Services & Growth

  • Lead Professional Services with accountability for revenue, pipeline, services attach, utilization, productivity, capacity, and project profitability.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Client Success to build and execute the go-to-market strategy for Professional Services and generate customer demand.
  • Enable Sales and Client Success to identify, position, and sell Professional Services through clear offerings, value propositions, sales plays, discovery tools, pricing guidance, and customer-facing collateral.
  • Establish a recurring motion with Sales and Client Success to identify whitespace, build pipeline, and increase services attach across new customers, renewals, expansions, and strategic accounts.
  • Develop repeatable, scalable Professional Services offerings and support strategic customer conversations to shape solutions, articulate value, and advance opportunities to close.
  • Own disciplined scoping, pricing, SOW, contracting, forecasting, and capacity planning, partnering with Finance to ensure strong operational and financial performance.

Operational & Team Leadership

  • Establish operating rhythms and executive visibility across implementation backlog, project health, capacity, utilization, pipeline, bookings, revenue, profitability, and customer risk.
  • Align workforce capacity and skills with forecasted demand while balancing utilization, customer outcomes, and delivery performance.
  • Partner across Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Product, Engineering, Support, and Finance to create a seamless customer journey.
  • Equip customer-facing teams with the training, collateral, discovery questions, use cases, and positioning needed to identify and introduce Professional Services opportunities.
  • Create feedback loops so customer delivery and learning insights inform product, customer success, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global team spanning project management, implementation, consulting, training, data, and customer enablement.
  • Use data, technology, automation, and AI to continuously improve productivity, quality, scalability, and customer outcomes.

How Success Will Be Measured

You will own the core performance of the organization, including:

  • Time to Delivery and Time to Value
  • Resource utilization and capacity
  • Professional Services bookings, pipeline, revenue, and attach rate
  • Effective billing rate and project profitability
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Team productivity and delivery efficiency
  • On-time go-live performance and implementation backlog
  • Training participation, certification, and Academy engagement
  • Product adoption following implementation and training
  • Forecast and capacity accuracy
  • Expansion opportunities generated through Professional Services

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of progressive experience across enterprise SaaS, Professional Services, software implementation, consulting, customer enablement, or related customer-facing functions.
  • 5+ years leading customer delivery teams and people leaders.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex SaaS implementations and Professional Services organizations.
  • Proven experience developing, positioning, and selling Professional Services, consulting, or value-added services to enterprise customers.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to generate demand, build pipeline, and grow services revenue.
  • Experience developing repeatable service offerings, value propositions, pricing models, SOWs, and customer proposals.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen across bookings, revenue, utilization, forecasting, capacity planning, pricing, and project profitability.
  • Experience building scalable implementation methodologies, governance models, and customer education or enablement programs.
  • Strong understanding of how implementation quality, education, adoption, and value realization influence retention and expansion.
  • Executive presence with experience navigating complex customer relationships, commercial discussions, and escalations.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data, automation, and AI to improve organizational performance.
  • Experience leading distributed or global teams preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA, PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certification is a plus.

The Leader We’re Looking For

You are a builder, operator, and commercially minded customer leader who sees Implementation, Customer Enablement, and Professional Services as interconnected parts of the customer value journey.

You know how to build strong teams, create scalable operating models, improve customer outcomes, and drive financial performance. Just as importantly, you understand that Professional Services is more than a delivery function—you know how to identify customer needs, create differentiated offerings, generate demand, and convert customer challenges into valuable services engagements.

Our office is now located at 2020 Blvd Robert‑Bourassa, Suite 2000, Montreal, QC H3A 2A5, offering a more central and easily accessible workspace.

Finance VP of Finance at Offchain Labs

VP of Finance develops capital strategy, financial planning, and infrastructure while serving as strategic partner to executive leadership.

Exec Posted 3 days ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

At Offchain, we aren’t just building products: we’re leading a movement.

As pioneers in blockchain scalability and security, we’re at the forefront of transforming how the world interacts with decentralized applications. We’re laying the foundation that will define the next generation of digital commerce, governance, and human interaction. This involves tackling real-world challenges that come with scaling blockchain technology, without compromising on its core principles: decentralization, security and transparency.

At the center of this vision is our people. Our team is made up of thinkers and doers that embrace new challenges and seek solutions that push existing boundaries. If you’re energized by solving unprecedented problems, and believe in the role that decentralized systems will play in creating a more equitable digital future, then we want to hear from you.

Why Offchain?

Offchain is setting the pace for the entire Ethereum ecosystem. We built the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution that exists today.

Arbitrum’s ecosystem is undergoing tremendous growth with hundreds of projects and dApps on Arbitrum One today. Over 100 different teams have used Offchain technology to build their own Arbitrum chains. Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.

Arbitrum’s thriving ecosystem wouldn’t exist without our advanced technology stack. Arbitrum, Prysm, ZeroDev. These aren’t just product names. These are tools that are actively reshaping what’s possible on Ethereum and advancing its core infrastructure.

To top it all off? We’re backed by $124 million in funding. We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.

The Role

  • We are seeking a VP of Finance to serve as a key strategic architect of Offchain’s financial future. In this role, you will act as a vital partner to the executive team to drive capital strategy and long-term financial planning. Getting into the details, you will provide a deep assessment of the status quo and an execution plan on how to improve.
  • This leader will institutionalize our financial infrastructure, and will provide the sophisticated clarity required to navigate the complexities of a scaling global ecosystem. You are a visionary who is equally comfortable in the boardroom and the details, capable of transforming financial data into a competitive advantage.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Architect the long-term financial roadmap for Offchain, ensuring our fiscal strategy aligns with ambitious growth targets and ecosystem evolution.
  • Capital & Treasury Stewardship: Lead complex treasury management and capital allocation strategies, optimizing liquidity and risk in a high-growth, digital-asset-centric environment.
  • Institutionalize Governance: Establish enterprise-level standards for financial reporting, audit readiness, and internal controls, transforming the finance function into a pillar of institutional credibility.
  • Executive Partnership: Serve as a core advisor to the executive team, providing data-driven insights and financial modeling that drive high-stakes decision-making and business model optimization.
  • Organizational Scaling: Design and implement a scalable financial tech stack and data infrastructure that automates routine reconciliations and provides real-time visibility into global performance.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead high-impact, cross-departmental initiatives—from M&A activity to complex tax structuring, ensuring all workstreams meet the highest standards of financial rigor.
  • Audit & Stakeholder Management: Own relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and strategic partners, ensuring seamless compliance and sophisticated reporting in a complex regulatory landscape.

What you’ll need:

  • Proven Executive Tenure: 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, with significant scale-up experience in high-growth technology environments.
  • Strategic Visionary: A track record of moving beyond the “numbers” to influence company strategy, fundraising, and organizational design at the Board and executive levels.
  • High-Agency Leadership: Experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing finance and accounting teams from the ground up.
  • Advanced Financial Architecture: Mastery of complex financial modeling, including the ability to synthesize multifaceted data sets into clear, actionable executive narratives.
  • Operational Excellence: The ability to instill structure and discipline in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment without sacrificing the agility required for a scaling startup.
  • Exceptional Communication: Poise and clarity when presenting to the Board, investors, and external regulatory bodies, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Deep Web3 / Crypto Professional or Personal Experience: A sophisticated understanding of the crypto landscape, including treasury management of digital assets and the nuances of blockchain-native financial operations.

Perks:

  • Remote-first global workforce + NY office
  • Annual company offsite + team onsites
  • Professional reimbursement program (facilitates industry conference attendance, certifications, and more)
  • Medical, dental & vision coverage (US + some other countries)
  • 401k retirement plan + company match (US only)
  • Wellness stipend
  • Home office set up / ergonomic equipment program

Attention Offchain Job Seekers:

This role cannot be performed in California, or Colorado.

Please be advised that there has been a rise in fraudulent recruiter activities, particularly within the Web3 space. If you would like to confirm whether someone is an Offchain employee or the legitimacy of an offer you received, please email [email protected]
